This step is the personal stylist, making sure what we are giving you fits and feels fantastic!
Step 4 - The Catwalk:This step is pretty simple, the work is done, you are detoxed, your immune system is ready and you can acutally get close to those animals again and Walk a Cat? ( its the best I could come up with) without a sneeze in sight!

How do we do it?
Session 1:This 60 minute session is to examine your history, get relief from your symptoms and start to figure out what your body needs. This includes: dietary advice and eating plan specifially designed for you and with you. Also Cupping & or Acupuncture to support energy and lethargy during step 1, The Detox.
Session 2,3,4,5 &6:These are 5x30 minute follow up sessions to support you through the detox, ensure its working well and will include some or all of the following: Dietary Consultation, Acupuncture or Cupping.
