Banana Coco - Nut Snacks! Easy... Even boys can make these!

Steps: 1. Grease a tin or muffin cases 2. Oven on at approx 180 degrees 3. Mix with stick mixer or by hand:
  • 3 bananas- ripe-very ripe
  • 3 eggs - organic, free range
  • 2 tablespoons -ish of coconut oil melted
  • Almond Meal, approx 2-3 cups
  • Quinoa flour - 1 cup if desired
  • Tiny splash of cinnamon powder
  • 2 scoops of protein powder - I used metagenics vanilla shake it
Make sure the mix is pretty wet if you find it dry, add in a little water and extra coconut oil 4. Pour into muffin cases or a block tin and bake approx 25-30mins YUMMM no added sugar, low carb, vegetarian, dairy and gluten free :)) Top with toasted coconut flakes for added delicious -ness image (2) image (3)
