I have been seeing Jodie for general muscle tightness, lack of sleep, occasional colds & flu and during my pregnancy as well!- Just about everything. She is amazing. At first I was just bookig in for a massage, but the knowledge, advice and concern she had for me and what she shared was fantastic. I came out of my appointment feeling relaxed, positive, confident, and motivated. I did not realise there was so much more I could be doing to help myself. I had ear candling and lymphatic drainage as well as all the massages. Jodie has helped me so much and I would certainly reccommend anyone to see her and find out for yourself!
