Learning how to massage Bella was great but I got so much more out of it than that, Jodie is so passionate about her work and teaching others to help their babies grow into confident independent calm people! We leant about other cultures and touching a well as parenting techniques and re assuring us that instincts are a powerful parenting tool!

AND it was fun!

We enjoy massage time it is a time when nothing else matters, a bonding time! When you see the cost of toys and bouncers etc, babies don’t need these, just you, two hands and a smile! Bella and I are closer and Ben loves doing the yoga moves with her! It has given me more me time and to understand the importance of just being with the baby.
