Yes, I can go on and on with the list of symptoms we have been treating patients with lately. Its allergy season again. Spring is only a few weeks away and, as nature would have it, we are starting to feel the allergies early. Take it from me, I understand! I used to suffer from hayfever and what I called rhinocerous disease - pretty much a running or blocked nose, constantly sneezing,a bit like a cold -but with added itchy's ) It's really frustrating.

How would you like to look and feel on the beach this summer?

It can be tough to stick with your exercise regime while its still cold and miserable. The shortage of daylight, and strong urge to stay in your nice warm bed or office can all work against you.  But this is only your body and mind attempting to deter you from reaching your full potential.
