I teach classes in both Yoga and Mat Pilates. With regular practice, Yoga and Pilates will benefit your health in many ways including:

I believe in a holistic health model that focuses on considering all aspects of a person’s mental, social and physical health. I see my classes as an opportunity to help people improve their fitness and general wellbeing.

I am approachable, flexible and passionate about what I do. I am always ready to listen to any concerns and answer any questions.

What would a normal treatment involve?

A usual class would involve a well balanced mind-body workout focusing on breath awareness, strength and all over flexibility.

How many sessions will I need?

While it won’t take many sessions at all to see improvements the ideal commitment will be to continue long term. These classes are about allowing the development of a positive habit in your life. As the saying goes – “first we form habits, and then they form us”.

Can I claim through private health insurance?

That will depend on your insurance fund and selected options.

What qualifications and experience do you have?

I have a Gold Diploma of Hatha Yoga teaching with Gita International School of Yoga. I have completed Stott Pilates Instructor training for Mat Pilates and I have completed Core Yoga Instructor training which includes a combination of both Pilates and Yoga. I have also completed courses in meditation, nutrition and progressive relaxation.

What are the main worries or concerns your clients have when they come to see you?

Clients have expressed a variety of general health concerns and have expressed a desire to improve fitness, strength & flexibility.

My classes are for anyone who wants to improve strength, flexibility, and their general happiness and wellbeing.
