This is one reason why you should bundle up and layer on your scarves. What you may not know is many people elevate their shoulders unconsciously when the weather gets cold and naturally this leads to rounding of shoulders and a forward head posture. Over time neck and shoulders develops stiffness and many even suffer from headaches too. Keeping warm is one way to avoid this; another way will be regularly doing simple neck and shoulder stretches.
