Amanda - imageAmanda is a highly educated and qualified Naturopath. In practice she incorporates evidence-based nutritional and herbal medicine, functional diagnostic testing and screening procedures, alongside diet and lifestyle recommendations to tailor a unique treatment plan for each individual. She takes a preventative and holistic medicine approach and works together with conventional treatments to achieve optimal results for the patient.

After initially attaining a Bachelor of Commerce and working within the corporate environment, she followed her passion for nutrition, exercise and healthy living by undertaking studies in Naturopathy, with the desire to have a positive impact on the lives of others.

She studied a Bachelor of Health Science at the Southern School of Natural Therapies and was presented with the graduation Award for Excellence in the Bachelor degree. She worked for nearly five years at Australia/New Zealand’s leading natural medicine and nutritional research company in the practitioner field. Here she provided education to natural healthcare practitioners and worked at many local and international educational conferences. With an appetite for learning, Amanda remains well-informed of current scientific research and applies this knowledge in her practice.

Amanda strives for balance in her life by incorporating a healthy diet of quality food, exercise, spending time outdoors, an interest in music and dedicating time with family and friends. She possesses a naturally caring and understanding nature and positive attitude to her life and works to encourage, inspire, educate and support her patients to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.

Amanda enjoys working with all clients and holds a particular interest in:
